My therapeutic approach combines person centered, psychoanalytic, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) perspectives to offer a comprehensive path to healing and self-understanding. From a psychoanalytic perspective, we explore the deeper, often unconscious, patterns that shape your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, helping you uncover the roots of current challenges. EMDR complements this by addressing past traumatic experiences that may be influencing your present.
The person-centered approach ensures that our work together is grounded in empathy, respect, and unconditional positive regard, fostering a safe and supportive environment. By combining these methods, we aim to promote lasting growth, insight, and resilience.
